Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Service page and enter your Order Confirmation number. Your Order Status will be displayed.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart, however, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q. Can I return an item or part? Items or parts can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the Invoice date. The customer must first contact ZippyMopedParts to obtain an RMA number (Return Material Authorization). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer prepays return shipping charges. C.O.Ds will not be accepted. A 15% restocking Fee may apply. Electrical parts, Tools or manuals are not returnable and will not be accepted
