Store Policies Shipping: Charges will be included at the time of shipping. Unless otherwise specified, you will be billed the published rates from the US Postal Service. (Insurance may apply) A minimum processing fee of $5.00 will be added to each order. Generally, orders are shipped one to two working days after we receive your order, shipping takes an additional 1 to 3 days via USPS Priority mail, so expect your order in about 5 to 7 days. If your order cannot be shipped on this schedule, then you will receive an email telling the expected shipping date. Tires, batteries, cylinder kits and complete engine assemblies because of size and weight will be shipped USPS Ground 5-7 day.
Terms: Preferred payment is by Paypal or Visa, MasterCard payment through the PayPal system. Money Orders or Certified Bank Checks in "U.S. Dollars" are accepted with mail-in orders. No foreign money orders accepted
Prices: Prices are subject to change. If our price is different than the price shown at check out, you will be notified before we process your order. An 9.25% sales tax charge will apply to all California orders.
International Orders: Payment for international orders will be in "U.S. Dollars" only. All orders must be prepaid by money order, certified bank check, Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, American Express or PayPal. Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service in accordance with each country's customs requirements.
Warranty: ZippyMopedParts makes no warranty as to the product distributed by us, expressed or implied. This includes, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. Any manufacturers written warranty will be included with your purchase. ZippyMopedParts shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
Returns & Cancellations: Returned products will be accepted only after an authorized RMA number has been obtained by the customer not more than 30 days after the date of purchase, a 20% Restocking fee may apply. Returns must be sent pre-paid in unused condition. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Electrical components, tools and manuals are not returnable items and will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
